The next meeting is scheduled for October 14, 2008 in Nethken 243 at 6:30p.m. There will be a
presentation on Arduinos, which is a physical computing platform based on a simple I/O board
and a development environment that implements the Processing/Wiring language. Arduinos can
be used to develop stand-alone interactive objects or can be connected to software running on a
computer. The presentation will be followed by a help desk session for Linux related questions.
